Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.
Shipping cost
Standard shipping is free on every order.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking details once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days after shipping. Larger or bulkier lighting pieces can take longer, up to 4 to 6 weeks. Every order ships with tracking so you can follow it along the way.
Multiple items
If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Delays and lost parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, email bramwoldhouse@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it right away. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
